Description of Products & Imagery: Each product showcased on this website is subject to alterations in imagery or description at any given time. We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products displayed on the website are accurate at the time of posting. However, please be aware that actual products may differ from online images.

Returns: Faulty or damaged items can be returned with proof of purchase. In the event of exchanges, an additional re-shipping cost may apply. If an incorrect order is received, no additional re-shipping charges will be imposed to rectify the error. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods by our Managers, provided they are deemed unopened or undamaged. Please note that shipping costs may not be refunded once items have been delivered.

Right to Change Your Mind: You have a \'cooling off\' or cancellation period of 14 days from the start date of the contract. No reason is required for cancellation, but please note that you may be responsible for the cost of returning items to the business.

Prices: All prices quoted are valid at the time of production. Due to factors beyond our control, prices may need to be adjusted, including alterations to the value-added tax rate.

Value Added Tax (VAT): All prices listed on this site include VAT.

Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure that your email address is accurately provided on the order form. Should any queries arise regarding your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Goods Out of Stock: If ordered goods are out of stock, you will be promptly notified via email or telephone. In some cases, we may run out of stock on popular items, in which case we will provide a revised dispatch date. If your order contains multiple items, we may wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive before shipping everything together, or ship the order separately.

Deliveries: All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. You may receive multiple boxes for your order, which may be delivered on different days due to stock availability in multiple stores. If your order has not been received within 3-5 working days, please contact us.

Your Obligations: By using this website, you agree that all information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete. You also confirm that you are the authorized holder of any credit/debit card used on the website, and agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your submitted information. Additionally, you agree to be available for delivery and to accept delivery of any products ordered from the site.
